AVITA has spent the last ten years providing quality work at an affordable fee. We realize that there has to be a value in the work we offer; but we also work to pay it forward so that our services are a benefit to our clients and not an expense.
FEES
While AVITA is a for-profit organization, we do provide low-cost affordable consultation that provides value to our clients. Most companies in our business scope charge double or triple our cost for the same results or lesser quailty.
1. Initial Assessment: AVITA charges $ 299.00 which includes a consultation with an advisor and a plan of action
2. Feasablity Assessments: AVITA charges $ 1800 - $ 2900 and it takes approximately 3-4 weeks for completion.
3. Business Plan Preparation: AVITA charges $ 2500 - 4500 and it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for completion.
4. Marketing Plan - AVITA charges $ 2000 - 4500 and it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for compleition
5. Certification Services - AVITA charges $ 1000.00 for at least 2 certifications and takes 2-3 weeks for completion.
6. Business Loan Assessment - AVITA charges $ 1000.00 for a loan assessment and takes 2-3 weeks for completion.
7. Consulting Services - AVITA charges $ 75 - 125 per hour for businesss services depending on skill scope required.
8. Training Series - Active project clients register for FREE for 12 months, other clients pay $ 45.00 per webinar
POLICIES
• No Templates - We do not fill in blanks in a template. Each plan is customized.
• Draft, Revision & Finalization - Typically, there are three to four drafts - the first draft demonstrates the outline and content based on client survey responses. The second draft includes revisions to the first draft plus financial projections. The third draft concludes revision of text and financial projections, resulting in the final draft. .
• Manner of Payment - We accept payments by cashier check, company check and credit card payments
• Installment Payment Schedules - Any contract fee of $ 1,000 or less requires immediate payment in full on signing, and before client receipt of the completed work. Any contractt exceeding $ 1,000 requires immediate payment of 40% at the outset, 40% at the midpoint in the projected timeline for completion of the project and 20% on receipt of the final draft of document.
