preparing, writing, and editing, an executive summary,
competitive priorities, needs assessment, significance
of program, methodology, agency capability, evaluation
plan, budget narrative, and appendices.
Our fourth service is Grant Proposal Review:
If your organization wants a completed proposal
evaluated prior to submission to the funding source,
our company can help. We proofread it making sure
it matches the Request for Proposal and funding
guidelines. We score the proposal, identify weaknesses
and make suggestions.
Our fifth service is the Non-Profit Business
Plan: All organizations need to consider
a strategic plan or business plan in order to effectively
meet the organization’s objectives. This service
includes preparation of a non-profit plan including
review of the non-profit mission, goals and objectives,
board of director’s responsibility, fundraising
plan, and fund accounting.
As an option an organization can opt for the Grant
Writing Retainer Program.
Under a retainer arrangement, a monthly retainer
amount is set based on the organization’s need.

alert you to grant opportunities, prepare proposals,
and provide ongoing advice and consultation via
the Internet.
