Kedma Ough, MBA is the founder of AVITA. She received her B.A. from Hofstra University and her M.B.A. through Troy State University. Her past accomplishments including operating as the SBA's Women’s Business Director, co-author for the Indianpreneurship Native American Curriculum, and Wells Fargo Banks National Business Insight Series expert on funding sources for women and minority-owned companies. She currently serves on the Oregon’s Small Business Advisory Council and is the Group Chair for the National United Inventors Association. Her past awards have included SBA'’s Women Champion of the Year and the Portland Business Journal’s Orchird Award.

Sam Sproson, MBA is our National Disability Director representing our firm's commitment in providing expertise to state agencies that represent the disability community and provide guidance on self-employment initiatives. Ms Sproson holds a Masters in Business Administration and has been consulting the disability community for more than five years. Currently she supports the Oregon Disabilty Chamber's initiative and provides guidance to the National Business Leadership Network.
Sandra Hoy-Johnson, BBA is our National Women and Minority Business Director providing directions in supporting women and minoirty-owned firms in business development. Ms Johnson's prior position was as the MWESB (Minority & Women Business Program) for Pima County in Arizona. She has been advocating for women and minority firms for more than a decade and was a prior appointed board member for the Women's Business Center in Tucson, Arizona
